How long have you been in business?
I have been teaching Pilates since 1995. I have been teching GYROTONIC since 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
Pilates instruction. Offering private Pilates instruction as well as chair and small equipment classes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dancers have always had a strong connection to Pilates. My dance teachers exposed me to basic mat Pilates at a early age. I have three certifications in Pilates and teach instructor workshops along the front range.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We want to educate and excite the public about Pilates and the GYROTONIC method. We keep our classes small to ensure each individual gets their ultimate workout for their body.
What type of payments do you accept?
Master Card, Visa, Check and Cash
Which areas do you service?
Southern Colorado Springs, Widefield, Security, Fountain, and Northern Pueblo
