How long have you been in business?
Arati Artists Gallery has been in business since 1977 in the same location in Old Colorado City.
What is your primary product or service?
We carry original art by local artists including paintings in oil, watercolor, acrylic and pastel. We also have sculpture in bronze, steel, wood and slumped glass, and jewelry in sterling silver, semi precious stones, and dichroic glass.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Two of the founding artists still are a part of the gallery that they helped start with 7 other artists. These two amazing ladies are Marian Busey (103 years old in March) and Peggy Cook (in her 90's).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We only sell original, one of a kind pieces of art. We don't carry prints accept for our note cards and bookmarks.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location.

We are located at 2425 West Colorado Avenue. Take I25 south to Hwy 24. Go west on Hwy 24 to 21st, turn right or North. Then take a left on Colorado Avenue and go west to 24th street. Arati gallery is up the block on the left side. It is a yellow front with purple trim.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The gallery is owned and run by the member artists. We enjoy visiting with customers and discussing our art or fellow artists pieces.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week.
April to December - Our normal hours are from 10am to 5pm
January to March - shorter hours from 11am to 4pm

We love your gallery and the beautiful art and friendly atmosphere.
