The mission of GMI is to produce and present world-class research that fuels emerging mission movements and leaders.
As a result, Christian leaders will:
- Embrace the role and value of research information in mission.
- Recognize what information is critical for their ministries.
- Access relevant information at reasonable cost.
Skillfully gather, manage, analyze and apply mission information.
- Invest in sharing, communicating and publishing mission information.
Priorities
GMI’s highest priority is empowering evangelical ministry leaders in places where mission information resources are relatively scarce and unaffordable (the majority world), especially those leaders who are directly involved in the process of world evangelization.
