As a child I had a deep sense of right and wrong. I always felt the pain and anguish of the weakest and most vulnerable members of society. As a kid my dad would take me to the Courts in India. I never really understood why my father was always fighting with people - he was always in court. (later on in life I realized that my father was the little guy always getting the short end of the stick by the big shots). I realized that I must be the very best lawyer and serve the best interests of my clients by getting them the results they deserve in a cost effective and timely manner. In my late teens, my father died and I had to fend for myself with some help from my mother and siblings. I knew that I had to get a solid education to make something with my life. I graduated with a Masters from a premier University in India. A few years later, I was admitted to practice as a Chartered Accountant. I worked in India and then in Dubai (U.A.E.) for several years gaining insights into people and their conduct. I also gained financial expertise during these years as an accountant and auditor. In 1988, I immigrated to Denver and worked for a reputed jazz Club gaining valuable business experience. I qualified as a Colorado CPA, CMA; CIA; and CBA. In 1991, for family reasons, I moved to L.A. and worked for a large Cellular Telephone Company. I saw first-hand how large corporations legally dominated and subjugated the helpless-through artful drafting of one-sided legal documents. I knew this was unfair and decided to go out on my own. In 1994, I established my tax practice and in 1999 I was admitted to the U. S. Tax Court. On being a licensed in Colorado and Wyoming, I worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado prosecuting all types of criminal cases for years. As aColordao Prosecutor I was trained at the District Attorney's College and also trained for the Standardized Sobriety Tests (also called the roadside tests). The experience and training I received as a Prosecutor enables me to fully understand how a prosecutor's mind works and talk the same language as the police and prosecutor which greatly benefits the criminal defense clients. In 2005, I established Iyer Law Office, LLC, with a fistful of dollars and struggled the first two years but gained tremendous experience and insights into defending the accused. I gained the trust and respect of my clients, the prosecutors, the judges, and my peers. In a short period a time, I gained the trust of the community and now have a successful criminal defense law practice; primarily focused in Criminal Defense. Since 2008, the Colorado State Court Administrator's Office appointed me to represent parents in Dependency and Neglect cases within the 13th Judicial District. In 2009, the National Criminal Defense College admitted me, on a scholarship, to attend their most prestigious residential trial training program (over 2 weeks) where I was trained by the most pre-eminent of trial lawyers in the country. In 2010, The NACDL offered me a scholarship to attend their Super Defenses and the Sex Crimes Defenses Seminars. Hi, my name is V. Iyer. I am have been practising Law in Colorado since 2002. First for several years I have a Deputy District attorney in Colorado. In 2005, I ventured and established my own DUI and Drunk Driving Defense Law Firm in Denver, Colorado and serving the Denver Mtero and Front Range of Colorado and Colorado Springs and El Paso County and the surrounding areas.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was always interested in establishing a law practice that was geared to helping people resolve their legal issues. I found that most people who are charged with DUI or Drunk Driving are good people who have just made one or two mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. Good people who make mistakes also must have excellent DUI and Drunk Driving Defense. I believe that I would love to make money and at the same time help people with their DUI or Drunk Driving Criminal Charges.

Our main Office location is at: 3333 South Bannock Street, Suite 840 Wells Fargo Building Englewood, CO 80110. We also have 2 satellite offices in Denver and Aurora which are by appointment only.

Our main Office location is at 3333 South Bannock Street, Suite 840, Wells Fargo Building, Englewood, CO 80110. We are on the corner of Floyd and S. Bannock just 2 blocks west of S. Broadway. The major treets are Hampden on the South and Darthmoth on the North and Santa Fe on the West and Broadway on the East. Our Denver Office is located 1 block North of E. Colfax Ave and 1 block E of Park Ave. However, this is an office by special appointment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash (of course), money orders, certified checks, electronic transfers or payments. As a convenience we also accept all major credit and debit cards.
Which areas do you service?
I serve all Federal, State, and Municipal (City) Courts in Colorado. I will go anywhere in Colorado to provide the best possible Criminal Defense. I serve the entire Denver Front Range including Aurora.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The buck stops with me. I am the owner. My name is V. Iyer.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM Mondays through Fridays. We also visit with you after hours, on week ends, and holidays by appointment.

Our main Office location is at: 3333 South Bannock Street, Suite 840 Wells Fargo Building Englewood, CO 80110. We also have 2 satellite offices in Denver and Aurora which are by appointment only.

Our main Office location is at 3333 South Bannock Street, Suite 840, Wells Fargo Building, Englewood, CO 80110. We are on the corner of Floyd and S. Bannock just 2 blocks west of S. Broadway. The major treets are Hampden on the South and Darthmoth on the North and Santa Fe on the West and Broadway on the East. Our Denver Office is located 1 block North of E. Colfax Ave and 1 block E of Park Ave. However, this is an office by special appointment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash (of course), money orders, certified checks, electronic transfers or payments. As a convenience we also accept all major credit and debit cards.
Which areas do you service?
I serve all Federal, State, and Municipal (City) Courts in Colorado. I will go anywhere in Colorado to provide the best possible Criminal Defense. I serve the entire Denver Front Range including Aurora.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The buck stops with me. I am the owner. My name is V. Iyer.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM Mondays through Fridays. We also visit with you after hours, on week ends, and holidays by appointment.
