The owner is rude and condescending. This review is about the lack of professionalism and irate behavior of the owner, I called Jazzy Frei on December 30, 2014 to inquire about an issue with our new thermostat that they had come out earlier to check. After speaking with a Jazy Frei employee about my issue, she stated that she had to check with someone and she would call me back in a few. Well, the owner returned my call and asked me what was going on with my thermostat. I explained to him the situation of all the options for the thermostat not being enabled. He said that he don't know anything about a "more option" button because all his tech did was check the thermostat. It appear that he was trying to start an argument, because he became very rude for no apparent reason. He then accused me of being rude when I called his dispatcher. I asked him to put me on speaker phone, and I asked his dispatcher if I was rude to her and she stated, "No Ma'am". It was very evident that the owner was hyping up his conversation to make nearby listeners believe that I was confrontational on the other end of the phone, but if someone would replay the phone conversation, they would clearly hear the owner "ONLY" "being irate. I kept speaking to him kindly despite his obnoxious responses. I was not going to allow his actions to spark a negative reaction out of me, no matter how hard he tried and may have wanted me to argue with him.: ) That's how you beat people like him, by not stooping to their level. : ) We have used their services previously when living in the area, and I was very shocked to receive this type of service and lack of professionalism. My sole purpose for writing this review is to make other customers aware that no matter how loyal of a customer you have been to this company, the owner does not appear to be loyal and respectful to his customers, and can turn on you at a moment's notice. Oh, by the way, he ended by stating that he don't want to do business with us anymore. Little do he know, after that stunt he pulled, I wouldn't do business with him if he was the only company in town.
