Sandra Dowda started as a property manager with Heritage Realty in 1989. Sandra opened Central Office Heritage Realty at 431 West Bijou Street, C/S, CO, in 1995. We have been at that location since then. We became Dowda Realty, Inc. in 2004!
As proud members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), we strive for excellence through continuing education, knowledge, and experience. Sandra Dowda, (Owner/Consultant) holds the acclaimed MPM (Master of Property Management) designation through NARPM. Shannon Dowda-Norgord, Managing Broker, is currently working on her RMP (Residential Management Professional) Certification and is serving on the National NARPM Membership Committee. Locally, Shannon is on the Board of Directors Colorado Springs NARPM Chapter as the President for 2008. John Norgord is also on the Board of Direcors as the President-Elect for 2009. Dowda Realty seeks to uphold the standards and ethics NARPM encompasses.
NARPM is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. It offers an effective, professional learning environment for owners of property management companies, property managers, and their support staff.
